Ticket and toy terms

These are the simple rules for coming to a Wolfie's Big Toy Swap, which is run by HAM Agency Limited (company number 11265213, registered office C205 The Chocolate Factory, 5 Clarendon Road, London N22 6XJ). By buying a ticket or coming along, you agree to them.

Tickets

• Entry is £2.50 per child.
• Waitlist members get first access to tickets.
• There are no refunds.
• If we have to cancel or move a swap, we'll tell ticket holders by email and text and explain their options.

Toys

• Please don't bring toys with loose magnets, small parts for under-threes, or replica weapons.
• Please don't bring recalled toys. We check toys against the OPSS product recall list, and we're speaking to Trading Standards for advice.
• Our team checks every toy before it goes on a table, and can say no to any toy.
• Toys that don't work, or are missing pieces, score fewer tokens. The team's score is final.

Tokens

• Tokens have no cash value and can't be swapped for money.
• Tokens end with the event. They can't be kept for another swap.

Looking after children

• All children must be supervised at all times.
• Please don't leave children at the event on their own.

Behaviour

Be kind, share, and listen to the team. We may ask anyone who isn't following this to leave.

Photos

Photos may be taken at the event. If you'd rather your children weren't photographed, please tell a member of the team on the day.
